Dimitris Papanikolaou was born in Athens, where he lives and works. From 2015 to 2020 he was a member of the art group “Simeio,” whose studio was located in the center of Athens. During this period he worked under the guidance of visiting artists including the acclaimed painters Giorgos Rorris and Kallia Triantafyllou. He also spent two years studying in the studio of the distinguished painter Christos Pallantzas, further developing his artistic practice and technical skills.

Papanikolaou has presented four solo exhibitions in Thessaloniki, Athens, and Cyprus, and has participated in numerous group exhibitions. Through his ongoing artistic activity, he has established a growing presence within the contemporary Greek art scene.
