Changed your mind after receiving your original artwork? You have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to inform us. You can opt for:

1. Full store credit equivalent to the purchase price.
2. A refund to your original payment method, deducting a 20% processing fee based on the total purchase amount.

All return shipments must be coordinated through Art Therapy and sent in their original packaging, including all accompanying certificates received with the order.

Refunds will be processed based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time and will be remitted in Euros.
