Τον Οδυσσέα οδήγησαν σε μέρος σκεπαστό, όπως παράγγειλε κι η Ναυσικά, η
θυγατέρα του γενναίου Αλκίνοου. Δίπλα του απόθεσαν τα ρούχα, το
πανωφόρι και χιτώνα, και σε μια λήκυθο χρυσή τού δίνουν λάδι λιπαρό.
Ύστερα τον παρακινούσαν να κατέβει στις ροές του ποταμού για να τον
λούσουν.
